Powerscreen collects business contact details you submit through inquiry forms so we can respond about crushing and screening equipment, parts and field service.

Data we collect

Name, work email, phone, company, country or site location, inquiry type and free-text messages describing feed size, CSS, t/h or wear-part needs. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security.

How we use data

We use inquiry data to quote equipment, schedule commissioning, ship parts and improve application-engineering responses. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Data may be shared with regional distributors, logistics partners or IT processors who host the form endpoint, solely to fulfill your request. Legal disclosure may occur when required by law.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for the period needed to support quotations, warranty history and applicable record-keeping laws, then deleted or anonymized.
