Service Scope Limits
Contracted MTTR applies on quarry-belt corridors where a hub stocks the mantle, jaw-plate or media family on the ticket. Remote pads outside those corridors receive a published ETA, not the 18-hour clock. Structural frame cracks, flood-damaged electrics and third-party hydraulic modifications fall outside PM pricing and need a separate rebuild quote. Operator training covers CSS discipline and media changeouts; it does not replace site-specific lockout/tagout or mine-rescue certification required by the quarry owner.
