Pre-delivery Commissioning
Hydraulic flow test on jaw and cone circuits, CSS baseline log, screen vibration frequency check and pilot-pressure record before the plant leaves the yard.
From track-shoe pre-tension on mobile jaws to mantle changeouts on cones — Powerscreen keeps quarry and contract-crushing fleets earning between 250h, 500h and 1000h inspections with mean-time-to-repair under 18 hours.
Hydraulic flow test on jaw and cone circuits, CSS baseline log, screen vibration frequency check and pilot-pressure record before the plant leaves the yard.
Undercarriage tension on tracked mobiles, Tier 4 Final emissions audit, liner wear gauge and return-line filter swaps on a 250 / 500 / 1000 hour cadence.
Cylinder reseal, final-drive swap on tracked frames, cone bushing and jaw-plate rebuilds at 8,000 hours — keeps resale value above wholesale book.
Track-shoe pre-tension and hydraulic baseline logged for warranty on mobile crushing plants.
Hydraulic-return filter swap and oil sample to ISO 4406 cleanliness lab after first production campaign.
Engine, hydraulic and final-drive oils changed together with slew greasing on tracked chassis.
Jaw-plate and mantle wear gauge, screen media audit, and cab ROPS torque check before the next season.
Undercarriage rebuild, cylinder reseal and plant reactivation on the quarry pad with FSE supervision.
Contracted MTTR applies on quarry-belt corridors where a hub stocks the mantle, jaw-plate or media family on the ticket. Remote pads outside those corridors receive a published ETA, not the 18-hour clock. Structural frame cracks, flood-damaged electrics and third-party hydraulic modifications fall outside PM pricing and need a separate rebuild quote. Operator training covers CSS discipline and media changeouts; it does not replace site-specific lockout/tagout or mine-rescue certification required by the quarry owner.
Share fleet size, haul-road kilometers and equipment class — we return a PM calendar and undercarriage wear survey window within one business day. Powerscreen field teams stock high-turn cone crusher parts and screen media so downtime does not wait on ocean freight.
Rentals and short-term plant fill-ins follow the same dispatch desk: tell us rock type and daily tonnage targets and we route a tracked jaw or Warrior-class screen from the nearest hub.
