Powerscreen — Crushing & Screening Catalog

Compact parameter cards for jaw, cone, impact and screen SKUs. Match feed size and t/h, then inquire — no separate product detail pages.

Catalog KPI Sheet for Tender Binders

Copy-ready crushing parameters procurement teams paste into tier-1 aggregate RFPs — not ESG prose. Each row maps to a measurable plant control: jaw opening against haul-truck F80, cone closed-side setting against finished gradation, screen vibration frequency against near-size removal, and hydraulic cleanliness against valve reliability on dusty pads.

Use the flagship tracked circuit when you need a primary jaw and cone finish in one closed loop. Pick Warrior-class screens when three-deck finishing dominates the schedule, Chieftain-class scalpers when sticky feed blinds the cone, and sand-wash modules when fines recovery must stay inside pond permits. Click any live SKU card to open the inquiry modal with company, site and duty-cycle fields already aligned to how Powerscreen application engineers draft a first-pass flowsheet.

Primary Crushing Trade-offs — Jaw vs. Impact

Procurement teams still split on jaw versus impact as the first reduction stage. Powerscreen publishes both sides so the bid sheet reflects liner life, cubicity and feed hardness — not a single-SKU pitch.

Jaw crusher primary

Simpler toggle-plate relief, lower liner cost and wide feed-hardness tolerance (Mohs ≤ 9). Default when limestone or granite F80 must clear a 500–1100 mm jaw opening without stalling haul-truck cycles.

Impact crusher primary

Higher cubicity for asphalt-grade chip and recycled concrete when blow-bar life is acceptable. Prefer impact when finished shape outranks peak t/h and abrasive trap rock is not the duty.

Operating limits we disclose with every quote

  • Tracked mobiles relocate faster than stationary jaw–cone–screen lines but typically sacrifice 10–20% peak circuit t/h on the same rock map.
  • Tighter cone CSS (toward 16 mm) raises cubicity and circulating load; expect higher liner wear and diesel per finished ton.
  • Wet wash modules need settling-pond capacity inside the quarry permit — dry screening is the fallback for water-scarce pads.
  • Published output capacity (t/h) assumes stated feed size, moisture and CSS; sticky clay feed can blind decks and cut saleable tons until media or water circuit changes.
